    • The eighth «The Princely Liechtenstein Tattoo» will take place on the historical castle ruin of Schellenberg (Principality of Liechtenstein) from Thursday, 1 until Sathurday, 3 September 2022. It will contain three shows on the castle ruin of Schellenberg as well as the "Princely Tattoo Parade" which will take place on Sathurday lunchtime. «The Princely Liechtenstein Tattoo» is a annual music festival, which is famous for its unique atmosphere on the historical castle ruin and the impressive sound and choreograpy shown by the participants.

      Pipes and Drums, impressing Shows, traditional dances, brass music and a unique setting - this is what we offer the visitors in our shows.

    • The historical castle ruin of Schellenberg originates from the 13. centurey and is a beautiful object with all the typical attributes of a medievel knight's castle. The perfect setting for «The Princely Liechtenstein Tattoo», which will be highlighted by various effects. A tribune with 576 seats will give a perfect view on the show of the participating groups.

    • Important information

      The shows will take place in any weather. We recommend warm clothes and rain shield in case of uncertain weather. Umbrellas are not allowed on the tribune in Schellenberg.

      by public transport

      For Guests travelling by train we suggest to leave the train in Buchs SG where you switch to the public busses LieMobil (route "12 Schaan"). In "Schaan Bahnhof" you change to route "11 Feldkirch" where you leave in Bendern. Last change to the route "35 Hinterschellenberg" - you leave the bus in Schellenberg at the station "Sägaplatz" or "Schellenberg Post". At the station "Sägaplatz" your only a short and easy walk (about 10 minutes) away from the castle ruin of Schellenberg - follow the signs.

      by car

      Leave the highway A13 at the slip road/exit "Haag/Bendern" in direction Bendern. First roundabout: take the second exit, direction Bendern/Gamprin. Second roundabout: first exit in direction Gamprin/Ruggell. Take the first junction in direction Gamprin/Schellenberg and follow the street until you arrive in Schellenberg - please follow the signs and the traffic service for the nearest parking. From the parking "Sägaplatz" your only a short and easy walk (about 10 minutes) away from the castle ruin of Schellenberg - follow the signs.
